I am a single disabled mom who hired an attorney one year ago, who died after charging my elderly parent charge card, and then sending statements before we saw he charged the card, paid him a total of 25 thousand dollars, then we sold our home he put 10 thousand in his trust fund for trial and 7500 is not showing on records, to say the least he died from cancer before we went to trial, I went to court three times only and recieved $4200, I went through DV and he did not even keep it updated, I had to finish the divorce on my own and took a great loss.I have a creditors claim filed, and a case with the state bar, since then I have slipped and fell and ended up in the hospital and the store insurance adjuster denied my claim,theirwas a withness who waited for the manager to give her name and number and he said it was not necessary, he wiped his foot across the slippery substance and put a sign up and took my information.She was gone by the time he finished with me. I can not find an attorney to take this slip and fall accident case. I ended up in the hospital the day after.I am getting so in debt I do not know where to get help. I am afraid there is no help anywhere, and my son and I will end up homeless, Please help!!!any little bit will help!!! willing to split any pledges I get within 4 days
